In-Person Personal Training
This type of training is ideal for clients who are looking for individualized programming based on their specific fitness level and goals. Sessions take place in the studio or your home (travel charge may apply). I will guide you through each exercise ensuring proper form and technique so you get the most out of every workout. Sessions are 45-50 minutes and include warm-up, workout and cooldown.
Virtual Personal Training
Virtual personal training is a great option for those looking for the one-on-one experience without having to come to the studio. Whether you are working out at the gym or at home with little or no equipment, you can still get a great workout with guidance on form and the accountability you desire from personal sessions all through video calls. All sessions are 45-50 minutes and include warm-up, workout and cooldown.
Health Coaching
In our sessions together we will dive into the areas of your life that you feel need attention in order for you to be your best self. During our time we will work together to identify the strengths you already possess that can be used to attain your desired end result. Through discussion and collaboration, we will set specific, realistic goals for you to work on between sessions. Examples of areas we may cover are movement, relationships, nutrition, career, mindfulness, spirituality, environment, personal development, sleep, etc. Sessions can be held in-person or through video call and last 25-60 minutes depending on personal focus and goals.
Workplace Wellness
Offering a wellness program to your team not only shows your dedication to their well being, but has also been proven to increase performance and overall satisfaction in the workplace. My presentations are customized to the specific needs of your team. It all starts with a wellness survey so I can understand your team's history in the area of wellness, where they currently see themselves on the wellness spectrum, and where they would really like to be. From there I cultivate a personalized presentation that will give them the guidance and information needed to reach their specific goals.
Nutrition Counseling
Whether your goal is to change your body composition or to fuel your workouts for your upcoming Spartan race, guidance in food intake is a powerful tool on your journey. I will set specific nutrition goals in the form of overall calorie consumption and breakdown of macros to help you reach your desired result. Through careful monitoring of your food tracking within the Winged Warrior Fitness app, I will make suggestions while also holding you accountable to your commitment to yourself and your goals.
Virtual Fitness Coaching
My virtual fitness coaching provides my clients with both individualized programming and accountability while offering the convenience of working out where and when it works for their schedule. Your personalized program is designed and you are given access to it via the Winged Warrior Fitness app where you will log workouts and interact with me as needed. Accountability is key, which is why I am able to see all logged workouts and make suggestions as needed. I'm with you every step of the way on your fitness journey!
